SEC MP252 Amending the process for Communications Hub returns

Following last month’s SEC Change Board decision to implement MP252 ‘Amending the process for Communications Hub returns’ in November 2025 SEC Release, SEC have advise there may be a delay in the implementation. There will be an email sent to SEC Parties in the next few days to provide a more detailed update with some implementation options.
