Please note, Version v3.006 of the Central Products List (CPL) is now available. The new workbook can be downloaded here.
Prior to issuing this notification, SECAS has received confirmation from the DCC that the new entries have been uploaded into the DCC’s DSP Systems successfully.

DESNZ updated notice pursuant to the 4G CH&N BMPPA scheme
On 23 May 2024. the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero is issuing an updated notice under paragraphs 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.6 and 6.8 of the Baseline Margin Project Performance Adjustment (BMPPA) Scheme for the 4G Communications Hubs & Network (CH&N) programme which has been amended to incorporate the following changes:

REC Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
This week, the Code Manager has published an updated version of the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy on the REC Portal. The document is the Code Manager’s plan for collaborative working with REC stakeholders. It constitutes: a set of Principles and Objectives; a Communications Plan which details tools and techniques they use; and a Stakeholder Charter which sets out their promise to you that they will uphold certain values throughout engagement, as well as what they ask from you in return.
Electralink Data Transfer Service (DTS) Changes
To support the MHHS Programme’s System’s Integration Testing (SIT) phase, there was an extraordinary release of the Data Transfer Catalogue (DTC) v14.2 on the Data Transfer Network (DTN) on 13 May 2024.

Post 2025 SMIP Framework Workshop
SMS are looking to arrange a workshop (June/July 2024) on the Post 2025 SMIP Framework with a goal to create a coherent view and fund an independent whitepaper ahead of the upcoming DESNZ consultation.
