For Information – Invitation to Participate in the OPR 23/24 DCC Customer Engagement 

SEC parties are invited to give essential feedback on how well the DCC has been engaging with its customers.  To do this SEC has set up an online consultation, split into two parts. You can find all the details and the consultation on the SEC website here.

Part 1 responses will help Ofgem’s Operational Performance Regime (OPR) submission by gathering SEC Parties’ views on the DCC’s performance. 

SEC would like input on: 

            When and how often they engage with you 

            The quality of information they provide 

            How they’ve considered your views in their decisions 

Part 2 seeks feedback regarding the DCC’s Customer Engagement activities, specifically in relation to 4G Communications Hubs.   


Please note responses are limited to one per SEC Party.   


Responses are requested by 5pm on 11 May 2024.
