After the deadline for marking the Devices as ‘Removed’ has passed, the only actions that can be carried out on any Device operating the listed firmware versions will be to upgrade to a later firmware version or to update security certificates.
The SSC has closely monitored the DCC Reports of Devices that are affected and are shown to be operating in prepayment mode. If parties have any remaining prepayment Devices on the affected Firmware Versions, they are asked to make all attempts to prioritise the upgrade or replacement of these Devices. Please contact SSC@gemserv.com if you require any clarification.
