The Code Manager is pleased to announce that the first phase of significant improvements to the design and user experience of the REC Portal and Digital Navigator will be brought into production over the course of the next week.
The Code manager has listened to feedback about the challenges you had navigating around the service and being able to quickly find the information you need. They believe that the improvements bring a more modern look-and-feel, provide easier access to commonly accessed areas, and will mean that the service becomes much more intuitive to use.
The Service Desk is prepared to answer any questions you may have once the changes are implemented. Alternatively, if you’d like to speak to the Portal and Digital Navigator team directly, they will be hosting a drop-in session on 26 September 2024 (11:00 – 12:00).
