Last week REC published the Party Impact Assessment for REC Change R0170 Withdrawal of Service Termination Issue Reporting Guidance (STIRG) from REC Governance. This change proposes to move the Guidance for Service Termination Issue Reporting document out of the REC and into ENA governance.
It is expected that many DNOs will be in favour of this change, and REC want to make sure Electricity MEMs views are adequately represented as if approved, this change would remove their rights to vote on or raise changes to this document.
The AMO encourage electricity MEMs to respond to this impact assessment as it is high impacting to them. The deadline for responses is 23:59 12 July 2024.
