As a Metering Equipment Manager (MEM), we would like to bring your attention to an important upcoming MHHS activity related to the population of Meter Location and Number of Displayed Register Digits.
As per section 4.2 Meter Location and Number of Displayed Register Digits Population of the MHHS Data Cleanse Plan, each MEM will be required to take an extract of Meter Location and Number of Displayed Register Digits to allow Licensed Distribution System Operators (LDSOs) to perform a bulk upload into each Registration Service in August 2024.
To prepare for this activity, all MEMs are required to perform a test of this population process in July 2024, as agreed at the Migration & Cutover Advisory Group (MCAG).

Once the activity is complete, is is expected that all MEMs will provide a self-declaration to the Operational Readiness team at OpReadiness@mhhsprogramme.co.uk on Friday 5 July 2024.
